Returns and Exchanges

Products may be returned for replacement or credit at's discretion within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
All returns for refund must be New in the original box with all packing materials, manuals, accessories, and UPC code on the box intact. reserves the right to reject any packages that do not meet any of the above criteria and/or impose 15% handling fee.
If your order arrives damaged, make sure carrier's delivery record is noted regarding the damage, in order for to file a damage claim.
Save the merchandise, the original box, and the packaging it arrived in, notify within 24 hours to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

RMA number MUST be obtained from in order to receive a refund or replacement.

  •  We will not issue refunds or replacements for unauthorized returns.
  • Please contact Customer Service and use the Returns form here to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
  • You will be asked to provide the Produt Name, Product Code (these maybe found on the Order or Invoice copy), please have this information available before requesting a RMA. You will also be asked the reason for your return.
  • You will receive your Return Merchandise Authorization via e-mail which will include your RMA# as well as instructions for the return. Products is not responsible for return shipping charges.
  • RMA number in addition to return instructions will be emailed to you within 1-3 business days.
  • The RMA number is necessary to coordinate returns with our warehouse and accounting department.
  • Please use a label; DO NOT WRITE OR MARK THE BOX ITSELF.  All returned products must be in 100% complete condition.
  • Products must be returned with original packaging that has not been written on or defaced.
  • Return Freight must be prepaid and insured to our returns warehouse. The customer is responsible for all costs associated for returns to our warehouse.
  • We ask that shipments to our returns warehouse be sent via USPS, UPS, FedEx or other traceable method so that you may receive a tracking number to be sure that the shipment does arrive to its destination.


STANDARD REPLACEMENT will ship a replacement upon receipt of the defective product.
Note: Standard Replacement may take (1) one -(2) two weeks turn around time.

Please be advised that returning any defective product(s) to our warehouse will be your responsibility in its entirety.
The return shipping costs are not covered by however, does cover the shipping costs on an identical replacement product(s), if the original delivery method is used.

* A 15% restocking fee will apply to the amount of the item returned.
* Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.  Keep all packing material and documentation intact in case your product must be returned.

* It is your sole responsibility to evaluate the accuracy of, completeness, and usefulness of the information.

Additional RMA Notes
* Please note that you may be charged for any missing parts or accessories.
* You must return the item in its entirety, including retail packaging. Whatever you originally received in your order is what must be returned to
* Please be advised that obtaining an RMA number does not extend your Return Policy replacement or refund period. For example, the 30-day refund period will end on the 30th day from your original invoice date, regardless of the RMA issue/expiration date.
* One year warranty is from the Original Date of Invoice and not from replacement date.

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

    * Any product not purchased from
    * Any product without a valid RMA number
    * Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
    * Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
    * Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
    * Any product that exhibits physical damage or abuse.

There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund (RMA Refund within 30 days of Invoice date).
We offer RMA Replacement without any restocking fee to support customers who have received a defective product.
We do not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry.

However, if you pay to send the item back to us, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.
We do not cross-ship any item.
We do not exchange RMA items for different items. We will only replace an RMA'd item with a an identical replacement item of the same make and model.

* We will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase only if the product was purchased directly from Products.
* There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund (RMA Refund within 30 days of Invoice date).
* Credits will be issued in the form of a refund to the Credit Card used for the original purchase. Refunds are for product only, as shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Please allow up to 15 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the credit once it has been issued. Products return policy as stated above is not applicable to any Partners of Products, LLC (i.e. Resellers, Distributors, VARS, etc.).
