When you purchase from Zeosmobile.in, you purchase high quality products.  We put our products through comprehensive tests to ensure the highest quality,  reliability and compatibility.  If you should experience any difficulties, Zeosmobile.in offers a replacement warranty on its products. Zeosmobile.in products are tested to withstand normal wear and tear, but are not indestructible and can be damaged if misused.  The Zeosmobile.in warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper installation or abusive use.  This warranty does not apply to products used for any industrial, professional or commercial purpose.  This warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged by abuse, misuse, modification or tampering or by any other cause not relating to either materials or workmanship.

Zeosmobile.in, ZEOS Global LLC and its affiliated companies worldwide warrants product sold on Zeosmobile.in against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”). Zeosmobile.in does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any smart phone, tablet or other device made by anyone other than ZEOS India. If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Zeosmobile.in will (1) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or (2) replace the product with a new , a comparable product or refurbished product may be substituted at Zeosmobile.in’ sole discretion

The manufacture warranty does NOT cover accidental damage. Classified as an accidental damage are:

    Cracked screens
    Chips
    Drop
    Water damage
    Abuse
    Cosmetic damage     
    Shipping or improper installation or maintenance     
    Misuse     
    Neglect
    When cracks after installing
    Physical damage
    Products purchased from unauthorized dealers are not covered under warranty.


Exclusions and Limitations

Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Zeosmobile.in expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that Zeosmobile.in shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any Zeosmobile.in product. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the Zeosmobile.in product.
